Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any service offered by Georgiev Mentorship. By submitting a form, making a payment, or booking a session on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following services through this website:

Private Trading Mentorship — a structured, ongoing mentorship programme for traders. Acceptance is subject to an application and introductory call. Pricing is provided individually based on the selected programme.
One-on-One Consultation — a single focused session of maximum 30 minutes to discuss a specific trading problem or question. Price: €39 per session, paid in advance.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Consultation sessions cost €39 and must be paid in full before the session is scheduled.
Mentorship programme pricing is communicated individually following the introductory call.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or handle your card details directly.
By completing a payment, you enter into a binding agreement to receive the service you have purchased.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, this right does not apply in the following cases, which cover our services:

Service contracts where the service has been fully performed before the withdrawal period ends, with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost upon completion.
Consultation sessions that are booked and confirmed for a specific date and time — once the session has taken place, no refund is due.

By completing payment for a consultation and scheduling a session, you expressly consent to the service commencing before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the session is completed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultation sessions (€39):

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If we are unable to deliver the session due to circumstances on our side, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Mentorship programmes:

Refund terms for mentorship programmes are communicated individually at the time of enrolment.
Payments already made for completed mentorship sessions are non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact us at georgievmentorship@gmail.com with your name, email, and payment confirmation. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

6. Scheduling

Session scheduling is handled through Calendly. After payment, you will be redirected to select an available time slot. It is your responsibility to:

Select a time slot that works for you
Attend the session at the agreed time
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule

We reserve the right to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

7. Nature of Services — Not Financial Advice

The content, sessions, and materials provided by Georgiev Mentorship are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in any session constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading involves significant risk. Past results are not indicative of future performance. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, frameworks, strategies, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Georgiev Mentorship. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Georgiev Mentorship shall not be liable for:

Any trading losses incurred as a result of applying concepts from our sessions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Service interruptions caused by third parties (Stripe, Calendly, etc.)

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

10. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute any session content or materials
Provide false information when booking or purchasing services
Engage in abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour during sessions

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services without refund if these conditions are violated.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations, including:

Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите)
Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act (Закон за електронната търговия)
EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
